Individual invoices
produced by archInvoice are
dependant on the type of work associated with
the project. That is to say, if a project
contains both Hourly and Fixed Fee work then
an invoice containing Hourly and Fixed Fee
billing will be produced. Each of the individual
types are discussed below.

| [ Hourly Invoice ] |
Hourly Invoices contain information
associated with hourly-related billing. This
information includes the staff identifier of
the individuals that did the work, the total
number of hours worked by the group, the billing
rate of the group, and the total amount billed.
The total amount "billed-to-date" for each
project phase can also be included on the
invoice. Additionally, if you have established
a maximum amount to be billed for the project
phase, and the total exceeds this amount, the
excess is deducted from the invoice.

Square Feet Invoices contain information
related to square feet billing. This information
includes the phase indicator, the total
number of square feet billed, the rate
per square foot, the percent complete
for the phase, and the total amount billed.
Additionally, the amount previously billed
for the phase is included and the invoice
total reduced by this amount.

total reduced by this amount.
